Our Mission
History
The first Tango Flight program started in Georgetown, Texas in August 2016, and by the end of the school year, the students had completed the construction of a VAN’S RV-12 aircraft. On May 8, 2017, the aircraft made its first public appearance and inaugural flight. Tango Flight now provides full logistics, technical, and training support to over 20 programs across the United States.
As Tango Flight approaches cruising altitude, the organization continues to search for innovative school districts that share its passion for introducing students to the endless opportunities available in the aviation, aerospace, and outer space industries. Join Tango Flight on this exciting journey!
